The 5th annual Steve Nash Foundation Showdown in Chinatown took place on June 27, 2012 at Sarah D. Roosevelt Park in New York City.

The match featured international soccer stars and NBA stars, including:

Soccer players: Salomon Kalou, Robbie Rogers, Thierry Henry, Maurice Edu, Jimmy Conrad, Stu Holden, Giuseppe Rossi, Emmerson Boyce, Rod Fanni & Medhi Ballouchy

NBA players: Steve Nash, Danny Green, Grant Hill, Elton Brand and Mike Dunleavy, Jr.
