  • The Terminal Commands in Mac is almost the same as Linux , and BSD. I have a HP/PC and I'm running Windows 7 , Linux Mint, PC-BSD , and Mac OSX Lion. Try this command

    1. cd /Applications

    2. ls > Myapps.txt

Now look in your Applications folder , and you will see a text file open it , and read what it says. If you really want to learn more about Mac commands you should study Linux , and BSD.
