  • no, there is a magnaflow mounted under the left side doors. its a straight glasspack. its relocated for rear clearence

  • is this a 3.8 v8-------or what

  • it is the 3.8 v6. i just installed the banks kit on to the jk. the magnaflow really hurt performance and fuel economy

  • your saying the magna flow HURT performance------------what is a banks kit ------was it better

  • the mangaflow i put on was relocated to under the cab instead of under the back bumper. it was pretty much a straight through design, and the consensus is that the jk needs a good amount of back pressure. the Banks kit is made by Banks Power and it is a catback kit. so far the only complain i have is its pretty quiet. but i didnt do the system for sound, only for power and fuel economy

  • did you do anything with the intake

  • i did the true flow intake. what jeep version do you have?

With the true flow, banks exhaust, and hypertech programmer i am getting around 20 city

  • I have the magnaflow cat back and I'm not convinced that it was worth it. I also added K & N cold air intake which usually DOES make a huge difference, but even with stock wheels and stock axles, as soon as i put the magnaflow cat back on, it sounds like it has a harder time switching gears. I'm looking for a better solution

When I first got my jeep the muffler was one thing i wanted to change for sure, but i didn't know what taste i liked; loud or soft: Anyway the Magnaflow I have is great. i wanted low idle noise but some muscle when i take off. Plus everyone here in KY has a Flowmaster. Anyways i'll post a vid with some clear pics in the next couple of days so you can see the difference.. Honestly it sounds the same as the straight through muffler.

  • ممتاز

  • throttle body spacer banks monster exhaust air intake and a computer chip programmer

  • i love the jeep but the gas mileage sucks ------what do you recommend

  • so did the magna flow work better at the relocation or is it a total flop
