The world went through a New Wave period, at the end of the 1970's. Jo Lemaire was trying out various music styles : pop, rock and French chanson. "As a child I was enchanted by music. My mom was very fond of Edith Piaf's music" says Jo. So it was at the age of 12 that she decided to be a singer. Jo's albums Concorde and Duelle turned into Gold Records. The Canadian Region of Quebec praised her personal approach of the Edith Piaf repertoire. And the "Brel Blues" tour turns into another succes.
