McCain failed in his most important executive decision. His biggest mistake was choosing Palin as his running mate. He passed up any number of supremely qualified Republican women who could have served. McCain chose Sarah Palin who is not prepared to step in and serve as president.

Not to worry, those who are upset over the Obama win.
Abraham Lincoln was the founder of the Republicans, and he freed the slaves in 37th congress, as a strategic military move. It was intended to cause men who were in rebellion against the state to run home out of concern for their families ability to fend for themselves with the slaves gone.
It worked.
Obama's win can be nothing less than a similar move, coming at a time when the States is at war; fear not, there is a reason for this.

Barack Obama raised a huge some of campaign money from predominently small donations. He refused Corporate or PAC money. John McCain has over 100 registered lobbyists working on his campaign. His campaign manager received monthly payments from Freddie Mac up until September 2008 when the political pressure got to him. Obama will stand up for the working class that makes the fortunes for the corporations, not the money-changers and neocons. I like Nader, but he hasn't a chance. Go Obama!
