Dorsal flex is down. Neutral is 90 degrees, I think u mean neutral not dorsal flex.

not pleasant to have a broken bone. broke many bones. most needed splints but 1st for cast was a plaster caster. god that was heavy. 2nd full cast was fiber glass, wow, what a differerence

how much does a cast cost without a check up and if you dont have a broken bone will they probly not give you a cast
