Whats good everyone.. This is Luis Angel with AE Mind.. I just discovered this type of "physical equipment" free workout the other day while doing my meditation stuff.. All you really need is a good imagination and belief that this will work.. Check it out..
1st: Take a Deep Breath.. then Exhale.. (This puts you in a relaxed state.. and also clears your mind.. )
2nd: Close your eyes and picture your self in the Gym (or just anywhere that has a lot of different sized objects)..
3rd: Pick a piece of equipment or object of your choosing and lift it up..
4th: Do a few reps..
5th Repeat 3-4 with different weights and different objects..
Experiment with this... Try to push yourself to the limit.. Try to lift a car.. (in your mind of course.. not in real life.. cause then you'll probably end up breaking your back..).. and feel the intensity of that experience.. It feels real doesn't it..
Go ahead and try this technique and let me know how it works for you.. I will be doing this for the next few weeks for sure.. and I'll post my progression results in a later vid..

i just realized this is all true, it is as if your are lifting wieghts but all your doing is tricking your body i did this your 5 min and i felt like i was back to the gym.

@shwan14kill No problem bro.. I discovered this while meditating the other day.. It was one of those.. ahh.. let me just try it.. type of moments.. I was pretty much "working out" all day today.. during stop lights.. during work.. at the store.. i could do this now without closing my eyes and without people noticing that i'm doing it.. its pretty cool.. let me know in few days how this goes for you.. and thanks for checking out the vid..

@aemind ya sure. altho i have a membership to the gym i have those days when im to tired to go to the gym so when im on my couch or sitting i pretend to lift wieghts.
i have been doing since you posted this people and i have told my friends and family about your video and it has help alot espacily for my grandparents..lol haha anyways thanks for the vid..

@shwan14kill imagine.. that if your grandparents do this on a regular basis, then you are going to have the buffest grandparents alive.. haha.. watch out man.. you're going to have to step up your game.. they're going to become stronger than you pretty soon.. haha..
