Mix olive oil with a little water and gently rub into the effected area the glu will dissolve in the oil and you can just wash the moss away i had the same problem with my royal python
-
take him to the vet and he will be fine ! ! it will probs grow back it depends if it is a morph like simman4427 said it might not, hope he gets better m8
-
yes m8 they will grow back but some types of breed wont because of their unique pattern but if in any case they do grow back on the rare morphs and different breeds they may grow back out of format if you no what i mean by that i work with my dad in a reptile shop by the way in the uk and we are qualified reptile experts my dad is like the semi owner of the shop :D but next time i would susgest something a bit more not gonna eat or posible sitck and rip my scales with like superbond glue
-
the scales should grow back just fine. in the wild if a snake is injured the scales would heal. you see it a lot on constrictors from prey damage. unsure as to how the tape will affect the recovery rate because obviously the is no tape in nature, but yeah it will heal up just fine. i have a rainbow boa myself by the way. :)

Geez we had a ball python stick to double sided sticky tape, it started spinning then tore it's neck slightly open and was still stuck! I don't recommend pulling them off of the tape, not even slowly, get yourself some sweet oil or olive oil and rub it around the skin that is still stuck to the tape and they will come right off the tape smoothly. My snakes scales grew back just fine and you cannot tell where it's wound was. Looks like your snake is doing fine, sry so late.
Absolutly look at wild snakes they get bit up all the time but in time the wounds always heal. No need to worry bro she'll be fine.
