How to make alcohol by fermentation, then onto distilling and finally filtering to produce a top quality product at home. This can be made for a fraction of the price of off the shelf spirits and the finished product is often superior to it's store brought cousins.

  • Excellent video mate.

  • Cool vid

One tip you have to cook all the water before adding the yeast for three reaons:

    1) boiled water is free of bacteria, viruses and wild yeasts. (let it cook long enough)

    2) The sugar will disolve much quicker (and better) when in contact with high temp water.

    3) The sugar doesn't come out the package steryle, therefore also let i cook or get it in contact with warm water for a longer period of time.
