@MayuWishU if we look back his career he always came as a hero and the word Hero has connotations of good looks & style... which he maintained in films thru out his career...he is a public figure... hez recognized by his chubby cheeks with stylish hair style n all n i am sure people want to see a typical Rajinikanth look in real life also
