It's Day 46 of liquid diet and woe is me. Smack dab in the middle of menstrual hell week, I roll out of bed to find 2 & 1/2 extra pounds holding hands across my ass. Hell Week Sucks, particularly for immature babies like me!

Well still sticking to my Liquid Diet and Exercise Weight Loss Regiment, even throughout hell week. I was happy the roll was gone yesterday, but it made a comeback, and decided to invite some friends and throw a party across my entire body... from chest to cankles! With a gain of 2.5 lbs. of water in the last 24 hours, that should be enough to scare you from doing weigh-ins and body shots around this time of the month!
