The bad thing is that Basescu lied that he didn't hit the child. He did it with his hand on a Bible, although that means shit. And he was on air when he lied. All the people who watched understood in an instant that he is lying. But they lie too and they would hit a kid too in the same circumstances or any other circumstance :P Because that's how we are.The end.

After seeing the video one could understand why Basecu slapped the child. The woman was desperate, Basescu was trying to pretend he listens to her, the child was bothering him, so he slapped the brat! Ok, you don't hit children, bla bla bla. But he asked for it.
