Unexplained Sound in a Quiet Neighborhood

Can anyone figure out what noise is it? It lasted for 30 minutes in front of my house, the passersby did not seem to notice the noise, so I recorded it to prove that it was not my illusion. The noise was ear deafening.It is NOT a hoax.
