He is kind of rude in this one, although they usually have great chemistry between them. He's acting as though he's overcompensating forher being a boring guest, which she's absolutly not. I love Martha's appearances on talkshows since she always shows off her great sense of humour and willingness to joke about herself.

I think Letterman is subconsciously a little scared of her. One of the most powerful women in the world next to Hillary Clinton and Oprah, and he refers to her as a "kid" at least 4 or 5 times. LOL! Yeah... not quite a kid, but nice try at the patronizing tone, Dave.

I don't think he fully respects her, because she a little to serious and doesn't quite understand his sarcastic, back slap type of humour. That's just my drunken opinion. She is a sick person in a different way though.

I don't know what it is about that woman that is so fascinating to me. With every insider trade, with every verbal lashing of a reporter, with every employee she fires, I think I love her even more!! Rock on Martha!!
