@nick21sammy no i took the bolt out and then like an idiot started playing with and twisted the bolt so it was in the fired position. But i got it fixed pretty quickly.

on the note with the 1903 Springfield. the US government got sued by mauser and had to pay royalties to the companie right up until the m1903 was no longer produced

@smokybob63 what do you mean? you took the bolt out with the safety on fire mode?!!! good luck putting that together again. it needs to be in the upright position while dismateling. ALWAYS!!!!
