Counting down, people! 11 more days of P2, and then it's Stabilization Time! I'm always happy to start P3, though this round of P2 has been VERY easy compared to past rounds. The weight loss has been a tad bit less per week, but a loss is a loss! Here are the numbers:

VLCD
Day 23 - 213.6 (+1.2) OUCH
Day 24 - 213.6 (0)
Day 25 - 213.4 (-0.2)
Day 26 - 211.2 (-2.2)
Day 27 - 210.6 (-0.6)
Day 28 - 210-2 (-0.4)
Day 29 - 208.8 (-1.4)

So, while I had that terrible spike at the beginning - should've stayed away from those peanuts!! - I recovered nicely and had a total of 3.6 pounds released for the week. I can live with that!

It's going to be strange when I break the 200 pound mark. I haven't been there since 1993, and if I hit my goal this summer of 180, it will have been over 28 years since I was that - closer to 31 years. WOW... that's a LONG time ago. I've gotten hooked on getting this fat off of me. Once I hit the 180 mark, I'll probably start doing short rounds and toning to get down to 15% body fat and minimize the amount of body fat I have without hurting myself. I have NO IDEA what I'll weight when that happens, as I'm at 25% at 208, BUT I've come this far, and I'm committed to maximizing my fat loss.

This has become a very important part of my life and I enjoy sharing it with all of you. I am here for anyone who needs any guidance or motivation or "kick in the pants" as needed. I TRULY believe people need to know how well HCG works in losing weight, and I tell people about it all the time.

Take care for now, and keep up the great work in losing weight! You'll be SO glad you made the decision to do HCG.

  • Oh Yeah they do! I "do" add a bit more than a dash just to give it a bit more kick. Had 1 earlier today, and will have another before bed tonight. And I must say, you are doing wonderful as well! I get so happy when I see others succeeding like I am!

  • My first kicker was a full teaspoon, and wayyyyyy too hot. I think it works pretty well. I haven't been using it on P3, but I did use it a little at the end of P2.

  • You know what, when I had my cheat on P2 I had a small gain and then stalled out for like FOUR days! It's so not worth that little extra.

    It seems the more I think about each round I'll be doing the more I want to get to that high school weight. Right now my goal is 150, but then I start tossing around the idea of 140. With HCG I know it's possible. :)
