in 0:17 you show the side of the sculpt, and i saw a level cut every 5 Cm . is it true that you make that sculpt part by part ? from front to back ?

Are you familiar with the hard coat they spray in truck beds to make truck bed liners? Well, in my hometown of Las Vegas, we have two businesses here that will coat the foam: Linnex and Rhino Coat. It's quite strong... super durable... if there's a mistake in the coat it takes bondo well and then can be machined.... to a degree, mind you. Thanks for posting and good luck carving.
