Mr. Eide you got some props. They Are using liquid Nitrogen to slow down the milks molecules in order to make it in to some tipe of cream and when you add the vanilla extract and Oreo cookies you have Cookie Ice cream. It tasted a little bit different than your normal icecream, a little bit low fat and watery but either way it was mad good.
