@kikthatcan The lyrics has nothing to do with him. I don't know where you even got that. To me, it's more about war. The title is derived from the word altruism, which is a complete act of selflessness, to a point where someone would sacrifice his own life for another. Half-truism could mean war, where people think death and destruction could bring about peace for millions. Just my interpretation. You need to relax.

Can someone please explain why you like this song? Dexter sounds like he has given up, he was once strong. now he says it is probably a good time to die? ive always believed dexter to know much more than most, many 'deals with devils' were made and he was pretty open about it. He was the offspring.
Tell me he's not telling us to give up...
