Astrotometry Log February 26th, 2010 approximately 14:00 UTC

Earthquake Watch thru March 8th 2010

Astrotometry of recent holes in the solar corona indicate a high probability of two strong seismic events.

A moderately strong event with several less sever foreshocks, is expected in the northern hemisphere. Centered near 49 degrees north latitude plus or minus 5 degrees, the most likely locations for this event are the Western US-Canada Border region or the Eastern Asiatic islands. The northern event is expect around Feburary 28th no later than March 7th.

A stronger event with moderately strong foreshocks is expected in the southern hemisphere. Centered near 31 south latitude plus or minus 15 degrees, the most likely location for these event(s) are the islands to the East of Australia, New Zealand and-or the Tonga region. The southern events are expect around March 1st and no later than March 8th.

The exact location of the quakes is unknown.

This experimental log is a service of the Cosabio Virtual Institute and is not suitable for emergency management. Emergency planners are encouraged to use all available data, including other earthquake indicators, in consideration of appropriate action.

  • well.....you were dead nuts on the line!

  • I can't believe I forgot about the South American region. I've been watching it all week because of the volcanos...

I was watching for a volcanic eruption from that area this week. Now I know what a hypertime forshadow of a tsunami looks like at 304 angstroms!

    Can you say magnetic ribbon?

    More work. *sigh*

  • Quake off the coast of Japan....about 10 min ago...2/26/10 2:54 pm CST.

now thats called RIGHT ON THE MONEY!!!!!!!

  • Could be a foreshock. It's over a day early and 20+ degrees south of where it was expected...
