Irimi Throw: Variation on a Jiu Jitsu/Aikido Technique: Gregory Soon

This is my 2nd Aikido Demonstration Video taken on December 12, 2008 @ Moving Body Resources in New York City.
This technique is an entering movement called Irimi-nage.

you enter/block and uke freezes while you advance and throw them down. No normal person would stand there, without moving, and let you throw them down. It might be worth experimenting with how to actually blend with their punch so you can use their momentum to disturb their balance and throw them down.

@wthomasoh -- No, absolutely not a problem. This is one demo of a technique, there are defenses for every situation that comes up, if the person tries to reverse or counter, the technique should flow to react to their actions. Thanks for commenting!
