The Boss Biolizard is from the awesome game called Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
In S.A.2.B, you play as Shadow to defeat the Biolizard.

for all who think that the biolizard is hard in sonic generations, try and beat him in sonic adventure 2, not only is there gaps in the platform that will make you fall off, but you will also shit your pants trying to beat him
