i like comodo but they need to work on thier sandbox for example alienware controller tell it not to isolate program and also have it in trusted programs,it remembers it until you reboot 2nd time it asks again and puts it back into sandbox.other then that thier a good product.

That one temp file was sandboxed, so it really wasn't a shock that it wasn't running in ram, considering it was isolated.

*Facepalm*
The backdoor was already blocked and sandboxed so it couldn't do anything. And when you scan with Ccleaner, remember to click "Run Cleaner" so you can remove it.

i like malwarebyte because is free

Dress it up as much as you like, the fact is Comodo Internet Security failed. It let infected files onto the HDD when it should've prevented them, then it couldn't remove the damned things when it found them in a scan. How you can say that 'you're not worried about them' being on your HDD is a total farce. I respect your videos, but c'mon.. if you really want comodo to improve, tell it like it is, not just what they want to hear!

@elmoh8er4life nope, I never test my links.

@elmoh8er4life I'm using zero day malware, basically malware that have a very low detection ratio.
if I only use this as my only security along with on demand scanners, will it suffice?
I'm currently on Avira with comodo defense.

i have a noob question. i use a vpn 256bit encrypted connection, how much does security software come into affect?
wcoldschool 1 year ago
@wcoldschool well all the VPN does is protect your connection, but you are still susceptible to downloading malware, drive by downloads, java exploits, etc. So even if you have a VPN connection security software is still needed.
