He was a great inventor and owner of many coll inventions he created so many things and will be remembered as the creator of "The Segway"

The multi-millionaire businessman, 62, fell into the River Wharfe while inspecting the grounds of his North Yorkshire estate on a rugged country version of the Segway.

Two things:

1. It's pronounced seggway, with a hard g like in the word egg.

2. He was in no way killed by being run over by his Segway. The coroner ruled that his injuries were consistent with a cause of death from a large fall. Besides, the Segway that he was riding weighs 120 lbs; unpleasant to be run over with, but far from deadly.
