@blackmesa25 Haha. I was there for legitimate purposes. This isn't filmed from the inside of the high-voltage 'cage' - it' filmed through the bars, but from inside the substation perimeter.

Sounds to me like it is a power frequency noise which is most likely from the transformer. This is not arcing but normal operation.

@kermand I'm not very good with the lingo - I didn't mean to imply faulty operation. Would "HF noise" be more correct?
