Cisco Unified Communications Manager (cisco_ucm) - Nimsoft Monitor

This short training session on the NMS cisco_ucm probe will explain the basics on how to monitor your Cisco UCM environment.
The cisco_ucm leverages the Cisco AXL web services API to remotely/agentlessly connect to your Cisco VoIP/UCM systems. Using java and web services - the probe will allow a UCM administrator to monitor + collect desired performance information for your Cisco VoIP infrastructure.
The cisco_ucm probe provides system administrators with an automated means to watch critical VoIP metrics. Additionally - important metrics can be presented within Nimsoft dashboards and reports.
