it wouldn't matter if it was on his porch, in the driveway, or on his front lawn. If someone takes it, it's stealing.

@outlawracer2229 Many people have mental issues. Let me tell you about MY crazy neighbor. He parks his truck in my driveway while I'm at work. I pay property taxes on my house and he's parking for FREE in my driveway. I confronted him and he just denies it. But my security camera doesn't lie. I will see him in court.

@allanmacdowell He "threw it down there"? When? It shows him walking past it. It's sitting out in the wet driveway in the snow next to the trash. Sounds like you have mental issuses and need some help.

It doesn't matter if it's an antique or just really old. The chair was on his/her balcony and the guy walked up and took it from the balcony and put it in the driveway. Went to look for more stuff. Then walked off with it. That's stealing.
