About 10 years ago, my wife and I were at his concert. He tripped while playing as he walked through the audience, and grabbed by shoulder to keep from falling.
Ever since then, my wife has said she wished it had been her.

I miss The Wave when i am on the east coast. When I come home ( Los Angeles area) to visit I alway try to have the radio on 94.7 The Wave.

I think Rick is the best there is in smooth jazz. From watching this vid I think he's also a down to earth musician that's in it just for the love of music. LUCKY US!
