Well, we now know, since they were convicted last month (Oct or Nov 09) of negligence, not of the levies but of that pathway through the middle (can't remember the name of it). So they were guilty the whole time, and vigoriously projecting your deeds on your victims is what the guilty and bullies do. It is either the plan or its sick incompetence either way it's wrong and it stinks.

I can see that some leveys or any world wide structure gives way to nature from not being maintained and having preventive measures on occassion. But the idea of some saying that Bush persae had someone go and blow it up to on purpose harm, I don't find this true at all. I have researched it and still cannot find this is the fact. But the whole USA and planet in need of fixing up, yeah, that is evident.

US Senator Mary Landrieu just issued this statement 5:09 CST:

"I am very concerned by the reports that a number of Corps employees have engaged in a disingenuous campaign to undercut their critics in Louisiana, Landrieu said. My staff and I will continue to review these allegations and will urge Pentagon officials to thoroughly review this matter."

Almost 200 years of this corrupt Army Corp. Read "Rising Tide", all about the lead up to the 1927 flood. It's unbelievable. Pure capitalism does not work. We've never had it anyway. It has to be a combination of socialism and capitalism with an emphasis on protecting the people, the socialist part. That's the part which is regulation of business. and government projects.

When the people stop acting like a bunch of buffoon slaves who obsess over Michael Jackson's death instead of getting outraged that HR2454, based on the fake global warming hoax, passed the House on Friday and is going to be the basis of total enslavement.

The Federal Government will start representing the people when we as a nation stop acting like ignorant, helpless slaves, ignore the chatterboxes in the mainstream media and start participating in the political process.
