Yanking out my 350/th350 from my '72 El Camino. Everything was prepped before hand - radiator pulled out, headers/spark plugs removed, power steering unbolted and bungeed, ignition taken out, motor mount bolts removed, driveshaft taken out, crossmember removed, tranny jacked and prepped. This is the end product of the heart transplant. A 454/th400 will be soon be installed and roaring.

  • nice job of pulling the engine out man

  • @stephen65la

It wouldn't be hard at all.. chevy used the same 350 blocks from like 57 till pretty recently.. a 350 would drop right in

  • @yaboyprime614 spark plugs, wires, distrubutor, headers, carb, radiator, power steering, air conditioning, and any hoses that would impede your progress.

  • what all had to be taking off before actually pulling the motor, the distributor, carb, headers and what else

  • Its Over a Year WHERES the installation ON THAT 454 CHEVY wtf.

  • I just got done taking out my 350 engine today, great video man

  • Good time, I just pulled the Small block out of my '70 Chevy truck, because I wanted to put it into an S10, but I've got a 454 I'm building for that truck. =)

  • it's cheaper to work on a chevy motor than a ford.

  • i have a lot of trouble out of my motor mounts in my pickup. they are not the same kind as yours but i really would like to get some tips to help me. they are the ones with the through bolt and the 2 pads. have to get them perfect for the bolt to thread.
