hey for all the people that have no idea how anything works, the only way that the president can help and intervene in a incident such as hurricane katrina is if the governor says he can, the only way bush could have helped is if broke all the rules! and then you would peg him for breaking the rules!

McCain was an Arizona senator at the time of Katrina (as he is now). Obviously the people at TYT are too stupid to realize McCain has absolutely no affairs or power when it comes to Louisiana. That, and they also don't realize that on the day of landfall no one really knew how bad things would be...so why would Bush suddenly drop his schedule anytime a hurricane hit anywhere? Obama certainly didn't when Nashville got flooded, and he gets a pass...and this is coming from a Katrina victim!
