This a demonstration of a Samick D5 guitar I am interested in. I went to one of my favorite music stores - Foxtone Music in Wisconsin and Minnesota and Dan Van Heuklom demoed a few guitars for me and visited his website at http://www.myspace.com/danvansoup

  • I have had one of these for about 2 and half years. I am only an intemediate player and only get to play now and then , mayby 1hour a week, and I have already worn out the firts 3 frets closest to the head stock on the high strings.

That is my only fault that the frets are poor quality soft metal. other than that I loved the guitar, But I dont think I will ever get another one simply because of the frett issue.

LAG guitars seem to be the pick of the low end guitars in my opinion

  • i have this guitar it's pretty guitar the base really rings with it.

  • is this a good guitar for a beginner

  • Greg bennett guitars is under the Samick Company.

  • i thought that these guitars are greg benett guitars, not samick
