Static discharge to the stage separator. Yea, guess that memo never made it to that guy.

The ejection charge electronics were wired in reverse polarity. When it was turned on it malfunctioned and ignited the ejection charge.

ha ha dnt worry such launch requires permission frm airport authority so that no flight is schedule abv that area.
