  • @candyraver69 wow! thanks for the tip. i will definitely go get some of those.

  • much cheaper to get these in garden supply than hobby store :) soil moist (not plus because that has fertilizer) or miracle grow water storing crystals is the same thing. a 1lb. bag of dry crystals for 8-10 bucks will make gallons and gallons and gallons of wet crystals.

  • @watertiger21 you're welcome =) i also found some at a reptile expo but sadly i didnt buy them. and good luck with the roaches.

  • @GeckoGuy31127 Thanks for getting back to me! I've checked a few other sources and all seem to agree with you. I just like to do my homework. :) Thanks again!

  • @watertiger21 i've used it a few times and i have not had any problems. the chemical that is used is polyacrylamide copolymer. the exact same stuff found in the flukers brand. all flukers does is add food coloring and liquid calcium.

  • Have you been using the Hobby Lobby stuff for very long? I'd like to know if your crickets are doing well or if there's a hidden chemical in it that might be dangerous. I'll be watering roaches. Thanks!
