Ouch...I tore mine too. Lucky me I have really tight hamstrings so I was good till the surgery. They thought it was ok till the MRI showed it was torn lol. Its a huge bummer of an injury. When you do it it dosen't really even hurt...it just feels weird..

i tore my acl and it was worse after the surgery than when i tore it i couldve kept playing my football game but its weird your knee doesnt straighten and its like its in shock
-
@dhdh111 you still have your patella tendon, mcl, and pcl there. I basically could not bend my knee inward. When I would bend my knee inward my whole knee would give out.

@ThaDieNasty But acl is what keeps your femur and tibia together, when you tear it theyt come apart? did u play on one foot? or just let ur leg fold in half
-
@dhdh111 the next morning I couldn't walk and I was on crutches until I got the MRI, I still played the whole game though no lie. I didnt even miss a snap I went back in the next series on offense. I knew somethign was wrong but the adrenaline held me off til the next morning. There was horrible pain, but adrenaline helped me play the rest of the game.

@ThaDieNasty theres just not a chance you did, u must have just done some cartalidge damage or something, like i screamed straight for about 2 minutes then was on crutchs for the rest of the day before i got to hospital. and mine was only a partial tear

@CyanCar great story bro!

my friend broke his wrist and didn't relize until after the game o.o
This injury was a ruptured acl, mcl, meniscus, and patella tendon. I had to have two surgeries with the second one being three months after the first.
