http://www.nerdfitness.com Here is a brutal body weight circuit workout you can do that will burn fat, build muscle, and kick your ass. Attempt this routine at your own risk! * 10 one legged squats each side * 20 body weight squats * 20 lunges (10 each leg) * 20 jump step-ups (10 each leg) * 10 pull ups * 10 dips - bar stools * 10 chin ups * 10 push ups * 30 second plank

(Note: in the video, I discuss walking lunges. I actually did regular lunges, as I didn't have enough room to do walking lunges).

You can read more about this routine over on Nerd Fitness at: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/17/advanced-body-weight-workout-warni...

If you can't do pull ups, try inverted body weight rows, which you can learn about here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYUxXMGVuuU

  • music in background was a little distracting during the instructions. overall, pretty good though. I plan to use this to get me started this week.

  • not really advanced workout, but a good way to get started

  • Unfortunately I don't have a stripper column in my living room

  • how many times in a week should this be done in a week?

  • pls tell me music in background

  • awesome dude. this is exactly a remedy for when travelling or at your grandparent's in the middle of nowhere. nice to see how basic exercises deliver just as much.

  • how many times do i do this a week?

  • this just killed me...haha

  • lol chicken legs,

  • good workout, but shouldnt the planks/abs be added at the end of the workout, since the whole workout essentially works your core?
