Make Me A New Channel Layout Contest (details in description)

CONTEST DETAILS

Create a channel layout that compliments the new design being permanently affixed on March 7, 2012 in what you feel would make my channel look most excellent.

Entrants should contact me via Youtube PM.

There will NOT be a second or third prize, and the prize will only be worked out in proper detail out once the winning layout has been chosen. However, a video showing off all the other designs will go up and include all of the proper credits.

PRIZES
-------------

You may only select one of these. Choose carefully, traveller.

1. A Let's Play for an NES, SNES or Genesis game (Gameboy or GBA are OK as well) of the winner's choice. I'm willing to do this so long as the chosen game isn't absolutely terrible, lengthy or impossible to complete. (We'll come to an agreement. :P )

2. Co-host a stream with me. This means you will be in the Skype call and directly interacting with me and the chat. Which game(s) I stream can be influenced by you if you wish, and the length of the stream will be at LEAST three hours in duration.

3. A Let's Sing for/about you. It can be on any topic you wish. Which song I write lyrics for and perform can be influenced by you if you wish. Just note that it's much easier to find instrumental versions of video game music than it is for mainstream music industry songs.

I'd like to put it out there that Youtube has given us the option of trying out the new design and subsequently changing it back until the deadline. You have plenty of time to experiment with this.

@RobbanFoxer The width of the current channel is 960 pixels. Youtube centers the image. I'm not sure how helpful that is, because I don't know much about the new design myself.

@RobbanFoxer That is entirely up to you. Whether it be something that is distinctly "PaleVoyager" in nature or a unique entry that has nothing to do with me or my videos. To be honest I didn't put a HUGE amount of thought into this. An event coordinator I am not.

I have no artistics prowess, unless with words and music. I cannot draw, even if my life dependend on it. Although, if i could ask for a SNES game, I would ask for Battle Front: Gund hazard. Its an amazing game wich I think you would like. If was I to be the winner, I wouldn't choose the lets play 'prize'. You dont like to do that and, even so I would love to see it again, I wouldn't ask it. So, I ask for the winner to be fair and rightous, instead of greedy and selfish, and ask for no prize.

Silly Pale, the new youtube channels are impossible to customize in any attractive or unique way. Youtube decided on their own that nobody spends time trying to make their own channels look good so they forced everyone to have a giant gray box covering everything. Merry christmas.

I would honestly try to make you something if I knew how to properly format a channel design and convert drawings to a digital form where i could make it look pretty.
