@severestorms21 If I remember correctly this was in the middle of July because I think it was right around the 4th of July when we had like 5 days in a row with non-stop rain.
I was 8 years old, definitely remember this. I was hanging out over my friends house and we were watching a movie and the power cut out and we watched a good 30 minutes of the storm through the window. Everyone's patio furniture blew all over the place, a couple mailboxes came out of the ground, and most people's power was out for like 3 days at least.
Thanks dude! You rock! I remember this storm WELL from the Indiana side of the border. I remember most the creaking, groaning, and snapping of the trees around our house, and how the branches crackled and clacked when the wind blew. So ethereal.
Does anyone have a video of the actual storm while it was rolling through Euclid? That would really be something to see, and I've always wanted to for years!
I grew up in Willowick and was 4 years old when this happened! My family and I were in K-Mart in Eastlake and I remember hearing the roof strain in the wind and rain, and the power cut out. The sky turned green and it got so dark all the street lights came on right before it hit.! I am now studying meteorology because of it.
@SlovenskyRaj It's done. Misinformation is what I must of had. I wish I could be as knowledgeable about classical music as I am with other music. I knew it was from a movie though.
