I am not even speaking English at my best,I am from Lettland (Latvia) and I know Russian better :)

I can understand 3 languages and now I'm watching German studying videos as a helper to my lessons in school :)

You can not learn the language at max 100% ! For example,you won't know all those foreign words and scientifically words in that language.

Nowadays people consider that 93% of all language is perfect to use :)

Of course,you can try to get those remaining 7% , but it is so hard that it is not possible for human mind gonna make it to learn all language in 100%! And that's not what people need,the most important thing is to understand foreigners and answer to their language as correct as possible
