I'd say it's the other way around. He has this lack of power but with a technique that produces amazing results when it clicks.

he is completely off balance at the back of the circle.
He is trying to go to fast too quickly that is why he is heading out to the right and hitting that net.
Although i am in no place to judge someone who has two world records and i think will beat jurgen schults record in about five years.
He will surely throw further though if he perfects his technique and combines it with his power and speed

I just read all the messages on here. My reply in general: He is huge, regardless of age, and has a very fast arm. He does not hit his positions nearly as well as most senior world class throwers but gets away with it because the discus is lighter and he has very long arms. I believe the point is that while he is throwing very, very far, with better positions he could throw even further. If he is really 17, he has great potential. That age however appears to be in question.

My guess is over age and drug enhanced. Purely a guess. He is way to erratic.

i just think his block leg(left leg at front is not sticking...see how it bends at the knee..if that was stronger he would have pulled those down the center..
