well most windows do open towards the outside. Perhaps the firefighter is the lady's husband and she gave him the baby from the outside so he can put the baby down for a nap ?

The best fucking ads ever -- we used to get these all the time in New York City. I love how calm she is when she hands over the baby to the levitating fireman.
