In San Francisco, on the anniversary of Roe v Wade, protesters seized the street in a significant confrontation during the annual anti-choice/anti-women Walk for Life (a march for which the Catholic church busses thousands of its statewide flock to march against abortion rights).

Over two hundred pro-choice demonstrators met this anti-abortion, anti-contraception force with a vociferous counter-protest demanding women's rights and reproductive justice, including legal and safe abortion. Should a woman's choice be ruled by the church or the state? HELL NO!

At its outset, the anti-choice parade was disrupted by 20 women and men in a bold pro-choice direct action. From within the Walk for Life front rows, they suddenly unfurled a banner and stopped the parade. SF police jumped in quickly, tackling and wrestling the pro-choice demonstrators as if they were criminals when the truth is the opposite. 8,000 people marched to attack women's lives and women's humanity. A few hundred stood up to say no to this religiously-fueled danger. Which side will the world, in history and for the future, say was in the right?

  • I think a woman accepts the risk of getting pregnant when she chooses to have sex. If she did not choose to have sex, then she has the right to an abortion. No baby should be aborted just because "she" does not "want" it. If it's a medical issue then maybe an abortion is, indeed, the "right" thing to do. Remember that the baby has a father! Women need to stop killing our children, for their convenience!!! Doctors should not be able to make living performing abortions!!!

  • In the description you said 8000 people? Wow. You are terrible at estimating. I'll bet if it was a pro abortion walk with the exact same amount of people you would say 100,000!

  • It seems to be a battle of the sexes here. The womens seem to be mostly pro- choice, while the men seem to be mostly anti- choice. Very strange indeed.

  • In the end the debate isn't about a right to life for anyone, its a value call, does a fetus have more value then a woman, can a person, regardless of their choice be forced to use a part of themselves for extended periods to support another being? We need to create options for both male and female to opt out in the matter of parenting, and pregnancy, because you can not force being able to carry a fetus and keep it and the woman healthy

  • I think we should quit saving people who die in car accidents because after all they chose to drive, I think we shouldn't treat food poisoning, you chose to eat. I also think we should force people to be genetically tested, and if your organs can save another life, if their is no risk to yourself you should be forced to donate, also people should be forced to donate blood as often as they can. Rephrased versions of common "pro life arguments"

  • Wow, the holding of a clothes hanger and preventing a group to peaceful assemble. Your pro choicers are so full of it it isn't even laughable, just pathetic

  • You pro-choice supporters think you're too smart for God. The church respects all life. The pro-choice supporters are the musicians, emos, actors, and atheists that are destroying the traditional values of the country.

  • This is an excellent video. Pro-aborts, these are your spokespeople...crude, inarticulate, violent, and ignorant. Pro-Life, these are yours: intelligent, peaceful, eloquent. The movement for life is growing!

  • Once again, a sign that pro-choice activists are more violent than pro-life. These pro-choicers still live in the damn 60s as if they are being oppressed. Women have already acheived the righ to vote, choose a career, a place to live and whom to marry etc. They just want the right to be goddeesses so they can make or break a life.

  • It is only if human life is respected from conception to death that the ethics of peace is also possible and credible," concluded the Pope. "It is only then that non-violence can express itself in every direction; only then that we truly welcome creation, and only then that we can arrive at true justice." Pope Benedict XVI

The most Dangerous Place in the world is not Iraq or any other military zone, but a Mother's Womb - 300 Million Dead World Wide so far.
