Met Adam in the early 90's with Alison Kraus in the UK he played my mandolin and loved it. He's a gent (he probably hated it ; )

That's interesting. I've met him several times and he's always very nice and very helpful. Probably more so than any other professional mandolin player I've encountered. Did you meet him in person and ask a question or what?
