what you need to do. Is let them put the boot on. When all the action dies down, get a jack and jack up the boot where the hubcap is it will put stress and move the boot a bit now you can use a crowbar to move the boot away from your tire.
Also after the action has died down. You can deflate your tire half way and the boot will lose its suction, remove the inner side and move your car forward or back and keep the boot and toss it into the river.

This sounds crazy but I think the white dude w. the hat towed our car today! Not because we parked illegally but because our water pump blew and the car started smoking and seized in the middle of the road, but if it is the guy that picked me up he was cool as shit!
