I use Edna's recipe and Do sift the powdered sugar!!!
I also like to use fresh-cream filling but i'm not sure how to make it so it wouldn't desolve into the cake and wouldn't have the coffee cream taste! can you help me plz, 'cause my daughter's Bday is in few weeks. thanks

Hi Danielle, can u tell me your buttercream recipe plz?! 'cause I use crisco but the buttercream comes out grainny and tastes like shortening!!!!

Yes, but that wont effect the graininess..... hmmm can you tell me your recipe and I'll see if I can see where you could improve it?
Make sure you sift your powdered sugar too....
