@mbarje I just read it a few weeks ago , nice news .

@rubencon Universal Pictures and Patrick Dempsey are working on it, they are on their 3rd screenplay trying to get it right, they bought the rights to it in 2009, I hope they don't Hollywood-ize it too much or take the racing angle out and make it another chick flick flop. the book is perfect, but Hollywood knows squat about racing.

Me to. I'm sorry for your loss. It's so hard to lose your furry counterpart. Mine died in December and there isn't a day, second, min or night that I don't think of her or miss her so much it hurts. Mine was also 13. I'm so glad I read this after her death, it's a great gift to help heal. I can't seem to forget the lines "Your car goes where your eyes go" and "Don't take someone's stories, listen to them"

My 13 year old golden died on Dec 12th. I put off reading this, so I could heal from the great loss of losing her. I'm glad I did because, when I started reading the first chapter I started crying; thinking of my Enzo. I haven't been able to put it down. It's so unique to be able to see the world through Enzo's eyes. It's hard not to feel for Denny, Eve, Zoe and Enzo. I bet the twins arranged for Annika to throw herself at Denny so they could have a reason to take Zoe after Eve's death.

This book did help me cope in a way with the fact that I had to put my beloved dog Rebel down of 13 years. A dog will love his master till the last beat of his hart and beyond. As Enzo did. What a extraordinary book.
