The new version of Pro Tools comes with a collection of virtual instruments, loops and processing plug-ins. They're all part of the creative collection. Boom, the drum machine virtual instrument, is fast becoming a favorite.

Can anyone tell me the correct path to open the BOOM plug-in?
Let me know the best settings from the quick start menu. I couldn't find the right video tutorial for this. Thanks in advance!!!!

@gravityhunter all you do is draw notes onto the track and you put in a pattern on boom.

First off let me be the first to say: I'm definitely not very tech savvy. Now what is killing me is that there are HOW MANY vids explaining how easy it is to program Boom? And not one single vid explains how to lay a pattern down on to a track. I keep getting blank blocks.

A drum machine that only uses default sounds. smh...If I could import my own shit, I would produce entirely inside of Pro-Tools...until then, reWire is my friend
