Education is worse, despite the amount of effort & tax welfare for the testing companies that was spent for what essentially amounts to "teaching to the test."

He has done nothing for crime, except reducing citizens liberty to own a handgun. His claim of lower crime rates are bogus, because as any sociologist knows that crime rates are cyclical. Crime is slowly increasing again, despite the gestapo police, who are more like a paramilitary force.
