Unique recipe invented by RePoBrain's Mark Burnett. Grilled shrimp with lemon grass, ginger, cilantro, and butter, using the ingredients from GourmetGarden.com

Named after the Hundred Island area of the Philippines. The dish is easy to make and has an exquisite, exotic taste. The video goes through step-by-step how to make this wonderful dish!

  • I've used that tube stuff and they taste horrible! I tried the garlic and cilantro and it's absolutely a shame to use on any food especially shrimp.

  • @Jagoda2103 I've never experience the problem you had. The product needs to stay refrigerated. I've made this dish for people at parties with 50 people or more. They eat this faster than I can cook it. The product has been quite successful and has been in many stores like Safeway on the east coast for years.

  • Well said Repobrain. I love your recipes. If you can get food in a container that's great. I still am using your recipe for spring rolls. Wonderful recipe. Good job, great food.

  • Thanks !!!

  • Trust the Americans to use all prepared products, why cant they use fresh.. tin of this..tube of that..packet of this!!! Then they call it cooking:((

  • Preparing fresh lemongrass and coriander can be quite difficult. Even finding the ingredients in some places near to impossible. The next time you make coffee maybe you should buy the raw bean and roasted yourself. Even a fancy thai restaurant would pre-prepare these ingredients... as for the lazy Americans this product is actually made in Australia... by lazy Australians.... or would that be in surprisingly smart Australians?

  • an excellent recipe Mr. Burnett! I don't have the paste version of the ginger, cilantro and lemongrass so I'll do it from scratch. It'll still taste the same,I know. Keep it up!
