The Seven Gates Of Hell have been torn open, and in three days the dead shall rise and walk the earth. As a reporter (Christopher George of Pieces) and a psychic (Catriona MacColl of The Beyond) race to close the portals of the damned, they encounter a seething nightmare of unspeakable evil. The city is alive - with the horrors of the living dead!

Directed and co-written by the legendary Lucio Fulci (Zombie, The Beyond), City Of The Living Dead features some of the maestro's most shocking and controversial sequences of all time. This is the definitive version of Fulci's hallucinogenic masterpiece of horror: uncut, uncensored and presented in all its brain-ripping, gut-spewing, head-drilling glory!

  • @ThinLizzy86 thank you

  • @askadetra Because it's an italian horror film and that means extra gore for the audience.

  • can someone explain why the girl's eyes bleed and then she vomits her organs?

  • Most people nowadays think pointless random extreme close-ups are pointless and random. Maybe...but I still find them hilarious. XD

  • First horror movie I ever saw in my life, I was about 4 or 5, scared the fuck clean outta me!

  • @happypranksgiving oh christ. the beyond was amazing. kudos on the memory!

  • One of my favourite films. Definitely my favourite Fulci.

  • @cheapcape In every movie...

  • @jad3948 The ending was accidentally burned by acid, so they used the soundtrack and simply slowed down the last part of the footage they had and called it a day. Had the footage not been destroyed, the kid would be shown to be a zombie and attack them. Pretty lame actually, but he made up for it with the ending of The Beyond.

  • @jad3948 dude dont worry about it, i watched it about 5 mins ago and im thnking the same shit, lol. good film tho i do like these old style zombie films =D
